After one authorized charge, they continued to charge my credit card, once or twice a month from October until January. Fortunately, my CC company has reimbursed me for all but the last charge. I was finally able to reach someone on the phone under a slightly different company name, and he said he cancelled the order for auto ship (they were charging and not shipping) but he wasn't sure about getting the last charge returned. I'm counting on my CC company to take care of it, as they have so far.
