I have sick people in the house and MJ seems to have cut-off my telephone service. Calling my Mj number gets a message "system errors" I have had numerous chats with MJ in the last 30-60 days about them double charging. Twice they agree to correct the problem and cancel the charge on my credit card but nothing happens. So. I finally disputed their October wrongful charge on my credit card two or three days ago and I think they have retaliated despite the fact that I have about four years to run on my original MJ Plus contract from October which was paid in full at that time. I have been generally very pleased with MJ but double charging at about $104.00 a pop is not what they are supposed to be about.
