I called the company which is charging me $65.99 per month after reporting it as a fraudulent charge to my credit card company. They said that although I had cancelled within the 7 days (they offer a 7-day guarantee/refund policy), that I had only cancelled the account with an affiliate company. I never authorized this charge of $65.99 per month, yet they say that it clearly stated when I signed up for this trial period, advertised for only $9.97, that I would be charged $65.99/mo. Also, has anyone noticed an additional monthly charge for international charges of several more dollars??? I am sooooooooo mad. They said that they would drop it down to $9/97 per month, but refuse to stop charging me, as I allegedly did not cancel this within 7 days. I actually cancelled this immediately, when I was done signing up and saw that they were going to charge me hundreds of dollars.
