I ordered a Chi hair straightener for www.chi-flat-iron-us.com for $67.99 with free shipping and a free gift. The confirmed amount and the end of my order was $67.99. I then get a confirmation email from [email protected] telling me that my order went through and that I can email or call them if I want to dispute my transaction by emailing [email protected] or calling Customer service line? 1-206-2573991. I had a bad feeling about the order once I realized chi-flat-iron-us doesn't have an actual location address or contact telephone number, only an email address. I went to call the phone number for sitecomplaint.com and it's a non-working number. I emailed both sitecomplain and chi-flat-iron-us.com and neither responded. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charge and the charge had already been processed, and not for the amount I authorized on the website! My card has now been cancelled and I have to wait to get a new card. I have to waste my time going into my bank to dispute the charge as fraud. These companies are not legit! Don't order from them. With so many monetary damages reported, why hasn't something been done about this company?!?!
