I, Teresa Sheppard and my son went into office 8/6 to pay for Sealing of an Arrest record for my son, Brian Vereen. On so many occasions I have walked into the office asking for certificate that this was done. His response was FDLE keep saying they did not receive his money. That is a lame excuse. Then he said
I will reimburse you 1/2 of your money. Told me to come into the office this pass Friday, March 16th after 3:00 P.M. I arrived there at 3:45 then he said be wrote wrong name in the book, some one else in my time, come back tommorrow which was Saturday, March 17th. I went at 11:30 A.M. And the doors were locked. This office needs to be shut down. I would like to receive all of my money back I do not trust Mr. Reed. He is a liar and does not have the ability to seal any thing.
