I opted to purchase a $2.95 single vehicle report, and a few days later they charged my account for $29.95. I tried the 888 number and it rings busy, no message. A quick search of Google revealed numerous complaints. I called my bank, and hand them cancel my card (not my account, just the card so they can no longer charge the card). And chargeback the $29.95. A little bit of hassle, but a sure way to avoid further charges. These people are scum.By the way, I later found AutoCheck.com, owned by Experian. I paid $44.95 for unlimited reports for a month, a deal with which I am very happy.
