We received cards in the mail addressed to my husband's first name and title. The card was a pharmacy discount card and the mailing said that we had requested it, which we didn't. It says the card is pre-activated and that we can use it to start saving up to 76% on prescriptions. The idea is that when you use it the company will get information about us sent to them. I don't know what the scam is exactly but something is fishy. I think they are posing as an insurance company. There is no record of this company.
