My name is Lisa Vaughn and I stopped at the store on the way home from my doctors appt. And when I went to check out it declined my card for a $45 dollar purchase, and I knew I had $140 in my account. I had to return most of the items, not to mention being embarrassed. I came home and called my automated system at my bank and hit the number to check my transactions. After the very first one, the next 2 that came up said their were 2 transactions of $99.40 taken out of my account with draft numbers in the 49,000's. And they were both taken out on the same day, 3-13-12. I called my bank and spoke to someone that pulled up my account and verified that those amounts had been taken out of my account by premier membership club. I've never even heard of them and I sure would not join any club if I had to pay $100.00. I live on a fixed income and would not do that. So the bank gave me their phone number and I called and spoke to a girl named Chloe Paige. I ask her why they were taking money out of my account and told her about checking my account and speaking to someone at the bank. I also told her that I did not join anything with them and didn't even know who or what they are and that I wanted my money back. She said she would cancel my subscription, even though I never had one, and that I would get my money put back into my account. She then proceeded to tell me that it would take between 15 to 20 days to get it verified that my payments go through, which I told her that was bull because my bank said it went through and if they deducted money from my account, when they did it would authorize it right then or tell them I don't have the funds and decline it. I spent a half hour arguing with this girl and she continued to tell me that it would take 15 to 20 days for authorization, then another week for something else, then more days for something else, and ended up saying it would probably take 30 days for my money to be put back in my account. I then went off on this girl because they had no right to take my money and I only get paid once a month due to being on disability and I don't get paid until 4-3-12, and since they took my money I have nothing left to get me through until I get paid again. I told her I need my money back because I need that to make it to my next payday. She still gave me the same crap about days. Can you please help me get my money back and tell me what else I can do to let someone know what is going on that might be able to do something about it. Thank You.
