For the past 3 months, I have been getting a invoice from CONSTRUCT DATA claiming that I contracted to advertise in the "FAIR-guide". They are adding late fees every month and now threatening legal action against me. I have never even heard of this company, let alone advertised with them. The HUGE red flag is that there is no contact information for the United States. All call, inquiry and payment contacts for this company are in BRATISLAVA, SLOVAKIA!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and other than that, don't know what recourse I should take for this.
