Our company received a form from Construct Data - Fair Guide - asking to confirm data and information our business.in the first lines it was said - free registration - and the employee just filled and sent back to them - he supposed it was from our fair organizer (Beauty Fair Brasil). 3 months later we started to receive the "Reminder for overdue payment". We got completely surprised about that, we supposed it was for free! We kindly ask them to cancel this, and they said it is a 3 year contract. They told us they can not cancel that, and they keep sending these reminders each 15 days. I just looked up for Construct Data on Google, and I got astonished when I saw that there are LOT OF COMPLAINTS about them, they were even on Austrian Court because of this kind of deceiving demand.
"that offers by construct data are formulated in such a way to convey the impression to the customer that he is merely making use of a free service". That was what i've just read about them at the internet.
Be careful with this company, and the advise in all websites I visited is "DON'T PAY THEM". I am now hiring a attorney to help me with this. I will also contact companys in Brazil to warn them about this company.
