On October 25 I mistakenly replied to a document I took to be from the Council for Exceptional Children in Arlington, VA, USA.
The document appeared to be a request for company information for free listing in a convention directory.
In December I received invoice# F404219/190506, dated 07.12. from Construct Data for $1717.00. The invoice was accompanied by a copy of the document I had thought was being sent to CEC.

I responded with the letter Direct to Construct Data found at http://www.stopecg.org/construct_data_fairguide.htm#stopecg

On January 28 I received a second request for payment.

Construct Data has filed late payment credit reports and latest bill threatens legal action.
