They have charged my credit card account for the above amount £37.00 for pro health and £75.00 for nutra science for products which they say have been shipped to myself but they were on a free trial postage and packing to pay only £2.49 for each but they now say because i did not contact them within a 14 day period i am to pay the full amont and they also have sent the next shipment at a dearer cost which i have returned but think the charge has been put on my next credit card statement already. There was no mention of cancelling beofre a 14 day trial period ran out so i thought there was no need to contact them. As far as im concerned they are trading under false pretences and this is a scam to get your money. I have contacted them to get my money back to no avail. The address is nutra science po box4802 sheffield s10 9nf or thats what i was given when i phoned and that is where i have returned the goods to. Please help to resolve this matter.
