I placed an order with Benfranklin.com, and to this day March 18 still no shipping information. I have called and left messages on their voicemail and email address provided. This seems like a HUGE scam that I am surprised no one has shut down. I would REALLY like to get a hold of a CORPORATE number to get things corrected!
