Walmart moneycard/Ge Money Synovous Bank HOLDING MY TAX REFUND OR RATHER STEALING IT, DUE TO FRAUDULENT FLAGS

I am 19 yrs old and a single mother. I am self-employed with a very supportive family that helps out alot with my children so that I can work from home. This was my first year filing mytaxes, like most people in this economy I looked forward to receiving my tax return. I dont have a bank account so I opted to use Walmart Moneycard and purchased two so that i could have one mailed to my mother also in my name in case of emergencies or what have you not for my children. I received my federal refund for almost $5000. I had it split up and my mom and I were both able to use them the same day I got my refund March 14. When we went to use one of them again for $7.00 at walmart it was declined. I called immediately from my cell phone and was told there was fraudlent flags due to possible erroneous direct deposits. I was asked when the last time was that I made a payment which i was obviously able to verify along with my direct deposit. I was asked to send a copy of my tax return, photo Id and a copy of my ssn card. I was very reluctant at first but out of desperation and needing my money was misled to think that if I sent it immediately they would UNFREEZE MY CARDS... Wrong answer. I kept being told that someone would call me back and that they would send a message with my ticket number to the RESOLUTION SPECIALIST DEPT na dwhen I asked to speak to someone handling my case I was told there were no phone numbers for them, they could only submit emails on my behalf promising each time to have someone call me back. Stilllllllllll nooooo call. I went into pre-term labor that evening from the stress and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. I even had my mom fax my hospital papers so they would see the URGENCY for my money to be released on my card. Still nothing. I am being told it will take a minimal of 10 BUSINESS DAYS for someone to call me back and that this will still not guarantee my card would be unfrozen and that it could take up to 6mo... My chest and throat burn as I type this frustrated in tears. I don't understand how they have the right to do this. If the IRS releases our funds and understandably yes there is identity theft scams with tax returns but how can you play with people's finances even after they submit the documentaion and PROOF of NO ERRONEOUS claims??? I will never use or refer them to anyone. I just received a text from my cousin saying they did the same thing to him today with his federal and state tax returns on his GREENDOT card. I cant believe Walmart even allows their name to be stamped on or associated with this company. I will continue to post on every board and file BBB claims everywhere I can be heard. What is worse is that the IRS said themselves that they had no rights to my money but because the IRS already released my funds to GE MONEY BANK AND SYNOVOUS that it couldnt be reversed for my balance. The lady I spoke with at the IRS said theyhave received several complaints and she couldn't believe they were doing this to so many people. Itleast the IRS for once was sympathetic but who else do we write, who else do we notify if GREENDOT only has one line to call and the operators there can only process the claims for you. If anyone has had any resolution yet with their tax refunds being the offset/flag please post here to give some of us hope as to how long it took and what had to be done.
