My relationship with Clarient Inc. Has to do with their medical diagnostic/billing services. The first bill I received from them had been billed to the wrong insurance, so I sent in my current info on their form, along with a copy of my insurance card. I received a second bill, and the claim was still never made to my insurance, so I figured maybe my info got lost in the mail. I faxed them the information. I then received a third bill, and the insurance still hadn't been billed. I called them, they confirmed that they have my new insurance info on file, they assured me that they were in the process of billing my insurance company, and I should give it a couple of weeks. Then I got a fourth bill, threatening to send my account to collections, and it STILL hasn't been submitted to my insurance company. I e-mailed them and they apologized and said they'd take care of it. I'm now waiting for the result. Watch your back with these people. Something isn't right, and if they ruin my good name over this garbage, they will be in some serious legal trouble.
