I purchased a Brighton piece of luggage for $550. I used it twice. The material on the corners was frayed and separated from the edging. I brought it back and reported it to the owner, Fred Protass. He was unbelievable nasty, did not want to take the luggage back for repair and said it was the airline's fault. I said the luggage was created to be on the airlines and after two uses, this should not have happened. Needless to say, he refused to repair it and said Brighton would not repair it because it was not their problem.
He was condescending, nasty and not helpful. I am an avid Brighton purchaser and will never buy another item from that store. I have fed exed a letter to Brighton.
