I went to sears with family and was askead if had interest of sears mastercard, i accepted the offer, at same moment accepted the account proteciton program. Had an injury, a year before getting the card, i continued to work for a few months, untill Dr, decided to take me off work and got dissabled for 1 year. Now im told i dont qualify for benefits bacose i didnt make a claim before a year. Their mistake, i did call 6 months after getting dissabled and they give me same answer I didnt qualify. Now i want to claim my rigths.
