My wife passed away Dec. 2009. Sears informed me AccountCare would be sending
Me a letter for death claim benefits. I recieved their letter and filed it with the rest of the Insurance paperwork. Cornoners office says it takes 2-4 months to get any type of Death Certificate.
Just recieved a letter today from AccountCare saying they have closed the account because the 30 days is up. I'll never shop at Sears again & will tell everyone I meet this story. Hit sears where it hurts.in the pocketbook. I don't stand still while I'm getting screwed. They know exactly what they're doing. I will be contacting an attorney. This just adds to my grief. Kick me just a little harde
