I can not see my friend with sevent kids with out a car, to go the work. So he ask me for help. All I have to do is co-sign for him on a used truck.
So i did went and help him. Some how this is my first time at the dealer. They were checking on the best interest on the loan. I signed the form and realized that I the only one was signing.
They told me it's would be cheaper only cause I have
excellent credit. He promised me. He give me his word & his parent they will take off it, if some thing when wrong.
For the first years I put up with so much hassle on every payment and find out he have no driver license, no insurance.
And if I asked him about that, he got mad and bring the truck back and have his friend call and tell me where the truck is.
The truck owes over $17,000 and the way the truck when I got back, If I' lucky it would sell for $5,000. And nothing I could do.
Now all my credit is going to be bad. And I don't know how I'm going to paid for it, when the finance company is going to take me to court. Also he was late for 2 truck payment.
If you could help me with some advice what to do.
