I had a situation at a Taco Bell in Katy, Tx. A woman was parked in a fire was parked in a fire zone in front of the store and I made a comment about it. She heard me and went in and asked for her husband. He turned out to be the manager. I made a comment about calling the home office about him listening to his wife and not a paying customer and he got mad. He started yelling at me, called me ignorant and threatened to call the police. The next day I called Taco Bells office and reported what had happened. I haven't heard back from them. What

I work in retail and I've never heard a manager talk to a customer like that. The fact that I haven't heard back them shows me that Taco Beldoesn't care about it's customers.
