My son worked for a taco bell in Galion, Ohio, until today!!! They always bragged about how good of a worker he was, but they kept cutting his hours down. When he asked why, the managers blamed it on other mangers or said they don't know why it was happening. Then my wife called in to talk to a manager (megan) whom was very snotty, rude, and even used bad language. Then when my wife hung up on her, she called my wife back and actually cussed at her some more. We will never eat at one of these taco bell's again. And we are looking to file charges and call the better buisness bureau. Times are hard and if this is the way they run a buisness they will never last.
