I saw an advertisement on TV about Men's Rogaine Unscented Foam to prevet hair loss, so I decided to give a try and ordered it on line. When I received the product one week later, I opened the package and proceeded to read a booklet with application instructions. I realized it would not work for me, so I contacted the company via e-mail and I was instructed to return the product, which was still sealed. The total purchase including delivery charges was $61.37, I had to return it via FedEx which cost me $10.85 on Jan. 11. I still have not received a credit back on my credit card and when I try to talk to someone, I always get a recording. When I sent the e-mail requesting information on how to return the product, I was advise it was a very easy process.
