I ordered this product online on 6-22 and through a e-mail reply it was shipped 7-6 received it in bubble package three bottles with a return address from (Fulfillment center (010) P.O. Box 30816 Salt Lake City UT 84130. There was no phone number or website to get in contact with to return the product so I looked on line using the address on the package. There were several companies at this address and I called each co. Asking for help about this HCG Ultral product no one was able to help me. I kept calling and received a phone no to talk with a customer service person I have written e-mails to her she ask if I would send the product back. She replied to my e-mail with a new address to send it to China postal code 510407 and I responded back." Why was the shipping address different than the one on my package" she wrote back.instead Send the product back to this address P.O. Box 2999 Riverton Ut. 84065. She did not mention anything about returning product with a return merchandise authorization number written on package and confirmation that they received it let alone how I was to get my money back. How can all of the people that has been taken in by this product and been ripped off do something about it???
