Pioneer property management team came in to take over old property team in 2011. Specialist (I tracked them done on 07/11 trying to see what was going on in community) stated that they were unable to locate home owners due to them being out of state. (as we are) She stated the old property team were unorganized and things were misplaced.
We placed our house on the market on 11/11 and a buyer came in. We are planning on closing this month and Pioneer stated to title company we were in default of $1330.00. Sale cannot take place until resolved. Contract states written notice to homeowners if they fall into default on the HOA's. We received nothing from the company stating there was a problem so we could have resolved the issue. The new company increased the HOA fees when they took over and did not notify us on this.
Very unprofessional representation from the company and home owners out of state are being penalized for their mistakes.
