Big ripoff to the property owners, fees went from 207.00 to 300.00 a month for nothing more than to pay off now what have become the light of not paying the bills in the first place, now the cost have been push on to the property owners. From what I understand, from others that are overwhelm, no upgrades to the roads or potholds or property have been done within the past 10yrs. But, they were force to do the outside pipes and clean up the mess the line break have cause outside of that nothing.
This ripoff to poor people living in this community is nothing more than a sham, because we do not have the resource to go after the property management company, which now have sent about 1/3 of the property owners to collection hoping to force them to pay or loose there homes.
I could go on and on about the wrong this property have inflict for no other reason but mis-management on there part, now wanted the community to pay for the bills owed. We need help now, so this can not keep going on and on. W
