This is a complete fraud website. This pickswarovski has nothing to do with original Swarovski jewellery.
I ordered for 100$ and waited for my shipment to arrive. But the shipment items that arrived were not the one I ordered. I tried to contact the customer service and found there was no address or phone number in their website.
This is based in putian in the province of fujian -CHINA.
They are complete fraud.
I contacted them in this Id [email protected] (the one from which my bill was mailed to me). They said it was the fault of courier service and said they would first give me 5% compensation. Then they said 10% they would give. But with 10$ what would I do.? Then finally they said pay 40% of the order value they would reshape my correct items. I paid and made a fool of myself. Now they have mailed me saying my package was caught in customs.?? Just imagine all these conversations took a month. They would give just one mail reply per day no other means to contact these frauds. So pls pls do not purchase online from this website. Pickswarovski.com
