I ordered what I thought were "authentic" swarovski necklaces for the girls in my bridal party. I received them May 01 in the mail and opened the box to find what I could tell was VERY fake. The following is what is outlined on their website...

I still haven't heard anything back from them, and am wondering if I even will. I just want my money back... I am not giving my bridal party fake items. How can they advertise that they are authentic pieces when clearly they're not? It even says on their main page that they are "swarovski authorized dealer".
No where on their website does it give a number to call OR an address of where this is coming from... Just an e-mail address.
When I received the package in the mail it says it came from China??? WTF?
I will be sure not to fall for something like this again...
