I requested a benefit of the clientis mortgage which was replacing with me. I requested it on 2/17 plus they stated it'd consider 4 business days. I never received something. The client requested the benefit themselves via mail on 2/21 and were informed it'd get 72 hours. They didn't obtain it. It appears tome the organization is willfully withholding benefit info, so they may generate a couple of days more of curiosity on loans that people want to pay-off. It ought to be illegal. We were ultimately ready to gain access to the benefit via the client site the client was known, but no body might provide that info towards the new mortgage business or even to me the mortgage originator.
