Same scam, ordered the free samples and have had no product, but money ($NZ229.17) taken out of my account. Received partial credit, but am still $124 out of pocket. Have spoken to the "help desk" first language not English and told to wait for product to arrive. I have waited nearly 3 months and still no product. This is definitely a scam.
