I bought their product, which took nearly 3 weeks to arrive via America even though the compan is based in Watford. I cancelled on the date the product arrived. I have just found out the company has charged me £92.61 even though I cancelled within 14days of receipt of the product. They took the money from my credit card only 3 days after I received the product.
