I also ordered the samples on 15th January, which took 4 weeks to arrive.in the meantime I had emailed to confirm I didn't want to receive anything other than the samples. Being a cautious person, I phoned their Utah office (the first number was 800 926 2824, the second was 800 449 7095), a woman called Zira, who gave me two cancellation numbers (one for each product) and she said the next payment had already gone through. She would refund the additional payment when I returned the product. I had to cancel my debit card completely to make sure they didn't take any more without my consent. The second product delivery never arrived.
You can check the yourvisage.com and yourdermascience.com websites but none of the phone numbers seem to be working, neither are the USA ones I used.
