Gunthy - Renker Made unauthorized withdrawls from my checking account, causing NSF fees beyond $100 and refusing to refund anything

ProActive Solutions & Guthy Renker has stolen money from my account and caused 3 NSF fees to be also taken from my account. I do not nornally keep $ in that account, as I only use it for bill paying. They are now refusing to refund the fees and the shipping costs for an item that I cancelled in early January.
