I ordered WEN HAIR CONDITIONER on a one time only purchase. GUTHY-RENKER without authority put a reorder in progress and withdrew the payment from my account. This caused a snowball of overdrafts. I contacted GUTHY - RENKER and they were matter of fact about this. This is business as usual as I was given prompt information that it would take 6 weeks for the funds to be returned and given a fax number to send the overdraft information.
