I ordered 4x WD Caviar Clack 500gb drives, they charged my card on the same day I placed my order. Started calling 2 weeks later to find out where my order was. I was able to reach them by phone several times and they led me on about not having stock and waiting for a shipment from India. Then they stopped answering my phone calls and stopped responding to my emails. I ended up having to do a charge back on my card. I think they were just trying to led me on to get past the 60 days you have to do a charge back... Which they did... However, I was able to talk AMEX into attempting a charge back anyway based on the US Federal fair credit billing act which says to there is no time limit to open a claim on fraudulent charges. Don't buy from them and post everywhere you can how bad they are... Maybe we can put them out of business.
