After a delivery was 2 hours late, I called Pizza Hut to find out what was wrong. They were already closed by this time. I checked my bank account and it was still charged for the pizza. I called the next day and was treated extremely rudely by a manager. He kept cutting me off before I could finish speaking. He was immediately defensive and kept saying that if a delivery wasn't made that the order would be voided out in 5-10 business days. I asked him to make sure this was the case for my order and he actually said, "No, I have other things to do." I asked him to take down my number and call me back after he had a chance to look into it. He never called back. I called and spoke to another manager the next day and was assured that I would get my money back. However, in both conversations, I never got so much as one apology for their mistake in the first place.
