I'm sick of being treated poorly!

1.) I was in a week ago and watched a little girl rudely ignore a customer in the bakery. The bakery people were gone for the day and she was called from her book keeping duties to go back and write on a cake for a woman. While writing, another customer came and placed a cake on the counter to be next to be written on.instead, she took the cake to the other woman, ignored the customers patiently waiting and continued on to the bookkeepers place behind the counter. I had to tell the customer to talk to the store manager Mike to go and assist them. It took 5 to 10 minutes to get her back there again to write on the cake. It was sad really.

2.) I'm sick and tired of having to bag my OWN groceries. Isn't that the job description of the front end??? Pregnant and standing at the end of a register bagging my own groceries that i had to pay my hard earned money on is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. It makes the company of Bi-Lo look absolutely sad! I was in today for 5 items, 5 items! Not a single soul lifted a finger to bag, not the bookkeeper who was laughing and talking away, not the cashier, not the manager on duty who locked herself in her office (nice management by the way, great job keeping an eye on the front end), and not the bagger who strolled in and decided to stand and talk. This will stop, I will stand at the register next time and wait, if no service is given, I WILL ask for my money back and go to another store. I wont tolerate being treated so poorly.

3.) I'm tired of seeing the same uscan girls always texting and the managers walking around talking in groups instead of working. I left Bi-Lo and didn't receive a 'thank you for shopping with us' or even a glance because she was too busy playing on her phone. It will stop, or my money will stop being wasted on your products.

4.) I will say one good thing, while in the deli having meat sliced, I was very pleased with how sweet the service was in both deli and bakery. The produce department was very helpful as well, while looking for items on my list, i was kindly helped. I appreciated those FEW things.

Obviously the problem seems to be upfront. Maybe if better workers were hired with less attitudes and lazy behaviors worked up there, then we wouldn't be having this problem, would we? It needs to be fixed, I know of MANY of others in this town who are having the same problem with the front end staff.
