Delia Garcia, was the contact person @ Ext 13 when I would call and leave message on her phone she would not get the message. When I leave the message with the front desk she wouldn't get them either. Then I would email her, no response. Delia Garcia is the Weatherization Coordinator. Maybe they should replace her.
