My daughter needed and good jacket. Being a single parent, I decided to get something nice at a discount price. I was so lost looking for a jacket that I didn't look into the site I ordered the jacket from. I ordered one for my daughter and another for myself. I received an email with order number and another site about complaints. Few days later I received another email with tracking number and two different links to postage service companies. Neither worked. I tried using the link on their site to contact customer service, and surprising, that doesn't work either.
