I ordered a denali Northface Gore Tex jacket for my daughter. Should have know immediately that something was wrong when I submitted my order it returned me to the ordering/payment process again and there isn't a phone number anywhere to be found. Anyhow I never received a shipment/confirmation number, nothing at all. I had to do a live chat at midnight because that was the only time it was available and when I asked the rep, who acted like a 12 year old, why money was taken out of my account from "paintingarts.com" because it seemed odd, he/she said "that isn't us"!!! I said they took the money, exact amount of the jacket and YOU don't know who they are? I basically got no response on the other end and am wondering if I am ever going to see the jacket I ordered. There isn't a tracking number i can go to, a phone number to call and my bank isn't that helpful either! I know this is a scam big time, i Order, give my card # and money taken out under another ipn and they can just say to me " we have no order from you". I am so mad right now and am ready to go to the attorney general.
