To let you know upfront that I have filed a complaint with the BBB of West Florida as well on 7/20. On 7/4 I was looking at a weight loss program and I came across Roca Labs USA. I read everything that this site put in front of me and also made copies for myself. I had asked if there was any Green Tea in this and they said no. I also asked if this money could be taken out at the end of the month... They told me that when I went to the quailification and order form and put my information in I could then tell them when to take the money out. I hit the submit button and the next day Roca Labs told me that I was approved, but I decided to cancel within the 24 hrs. Notice given in the policy. I called and left multiple messages within the time frame but no one picked up the phone. I left all those messages on a voice mailbox. I even live chatted telling them that I want to cancel... No response. On 7/5 I recieved another email From Roca Labs stating that I had been approved and I told them I called and left messages to cancel within the 24 hrs. I never got an response. On 7/6 I received another email stating that they have deducted my payment of $172.00 plus $1.00 from my account after I told them to not take it out till the end of the month. Well I now have the box which contains the product and it says on the seal that if you don't agree with the terms don't open the box. It also states that if the product has been tampered with do not use, which is also stated on the box which contains the product box. I will not open this box and the seal has not been tampered with. I've taken pictures of this box showing what I say is true. I also have all the emails that Roca Labs sent me. My order ID is J37424. I asked if I had an account number but no response. There are multiple address's for this company, Roca Labs Usa PO Box 20631, Tampa, Fl. 33622-0631, Roca Labs USA 12271 Lexington Park Drive, #204 Tampa, Fl. 33634 and there number is 1-866-566-5288 and a fax number of 800-500-0301.
