I stupidly ordered a free trial of this acai product on line from XM brands Inc. I got the free trial and almost immediately another charge for the next month's supply. OK, I was stupid and I'll pay XM Brands Inc. But now I'm getting another charge from XM-LABS. I still have the box the original order shipped in. I have received nothing from XM-LABS. I have charges on my credit card from both names. I cannot cancel because the phone number does not work and the website has nothing but a place to order more. So how am I supposed to stop these orders? The paperwork says a cancel and return on the unopened box will not stop the orders. There is also a 45% restocking fee if you do return the next shipment. It's all going in circles and I don't know how to get out of this mess.
