When I received my order and open the box where was powder everywhere, the canister was not sealed and the plastic was opened, I called Roca labs and reported it, but they did nothing I told them I wanted a refund because the powder was all over the inside the box, they refused me a refund, it was supose to last 4. Months with normal use, I used I green spoon 5 times a day and by feb. Of 2012 I ran out, I didn't receive enough powder to last 4months, I reported it to Roca labs. They said they would send me out another bag of powder, almost 3 weeks ago but I still never received it yet. I feel that they cheated me out of there service, my money and the product. I really would like them to own up to there product and do right by there customers
