Entering with Alarm

About two weeks ago, I went to the office where I live to re-do my contract for another year but I just gave notice that I was renewing my contract and was told to come back the next day so that they can have my paper work ready and I also requested for my carpet to be cleaned. I spoke with the Manger "Angel Gonzales" and made her aware that I have an alarm in my apartment and she then verified the information of my code to enter in my apartment. The next day I signed the contract and again I mention to "Shelly", "I have a alarm" and was told to write my request on my file so that when the carpet cleaning pepole do go, the apatments will know to call me before entering my apt. Well I get a phone call form the alarm company saying that my alarm has gone off and Police is being dispatched. I am very up set becuae the alarm was false and now I will be charged $ 75.00. I do not feel that I should pay that charge. I then called the office and ask to speak with the Manager "Angel Gonzales" and was told that she was on vacation, come to find out, that she was in the office and refuse to talk with me. I have proof on my cell phone that "John" from the apt's called, but it was after the fact that the alarm was already going off and it was too late, the police was already dispatched. I need help with this. I have called the apt's and have asked to have a 1-800 to the main company or Corp. But I just get the run arounds and I am being told that they do not have that information. Please help..
