My company took a client to small claims court and won. Rumson Bolling somehow found this out. They called and offered to collect from the client for a fee of $750.00 to get the process started. I accepted and FedEx came to pick up the check. A few months later they called and said they had won their case in court against my client.in order to collect from him they needed $1200.00 more. Once again FedEx came for the check. Months went by, I called Rumson Bolling and was told it was still in court. Months went by and I did a complaint form on Trustlink.com. I was contacted by Valerie at Rumson Bolling and asked to remove my complaint from Trustlink. She also told me I'd have to pay more when the case was settled in order to get the money. Growing tired of this whole thing, I put my complaint back again. They've collected $1,950 from me and the original judgment from my client was $1,150. I paid more to the scammers than I would have collected on my own! Is there any help available to get my money back from them?
