We hired Rumson Bolling to go after a client of ours that owed us $28000.00. The client is located in the UK and they persisted in telling me that it wouldn't be a problem and that they would find his US locations. I kept getting calls over and over again asking me for more money for the 'case' that it needed a different lawyer. They informed me that a lawyer had to drop it due to a 'conflict of interest' and though i requested details and they promised to deliver... None were sent to me. I finally got through to a supervisor named 'Valerie' to which she promised no more calls from Rumson asking for more money until yesterday = 02/16/10. An uneducated aggressive collector called me asking me for more money and then proceeded to call me a "scumbag" for stumping him - when i asked him how the sheriff can place a til (t)-tap on an account not in the States...
