I ordered a product on line, revivagenix. It stated, available in a trial form online only, pay postage only. Got an email to say it has been dispatched. I received the package a week later. I did not open the product, because reading between the lines i felt they were going to charge me anyway. I skyped their uk number and said I would like to return the product intact. I was advised that it was fine and was given an RMA number for future reference. I received my bank statement a few day's later, and yes I was charged. I skyped the company again on 5th March was told I should be reinbursed within aweek or up to end of March. Hopefully that is what will happen. The advertising was False and misleading.
