I saw this promotional offer of $1.99 for the price of postage for the Juvene product and decided for the first time in my life to give it a go, I filled out a form on line and fulishly gave my credit card number, by return email I received a receipt for $1.99 postage only, few days later I received the product and was surprised to find a good size bottle of the product not just a small trial pack. I went overseas upon our return and going through the bank statement I find that I have been charged $80.00 for the product and not $1.99, furthermore a second bottle arrived last thursday and further $80.00 has been taken out my account without my authorisition or request for the second pack. I have tried to contact the company without any success. I want an apology and I refund of $160.00
