Scam Operation

I wanted to sell my 350Z, and signed up for one of their luxury package deals, one where they were basically promising to sell my car online, and the ad was going to be online until it sold, guaranteed. I had to leave the country a short time later, and I arranged with a friend to act as my agent, and I told MOTA.com that. Several months later, when I returned, I realized that my ad wasn't online anymore, and my friend said he hadn't received any calls, not one. When I checked with MOTA.com, they said they's tried calling my friend's number, but that he wasn't available, nor was anyone else who knew him. I checked again with my friend, and verified that the number he'd given me, and I to MOTA.com, was correct. I don't know what happened, but I suspect someone from MOTA.com dialed wrong. All I know is that they didn't comply with our agreement, and my car wasn't sold, and I paid them $259. I tried to dispute the charge, and I offered to pay $59, but MOTA.com refused, and since more than 60 days had elapsed since the original purchase, the credit card company couldn't enforce the refund. I wouldn't recommend MOTA.com to anyone. It is a scam operation. Sell your car by other means.
