Attempted to get $125 for a service that is a scam. The so-called "Annual Minutes Requirement Statement" is NOT required by the state of Florida

I received an "Annual Minutes Requirement Statement (CS Form MIN-FL12) in the mail requesting me to fill out and submit the form, along with a check for $125.00 to Compliance Services. According to the State of Florida, this is not required of any businesses, and is a scam that continues to be perpetrated in Florida.

Google 'compliance services tallahassee" and get the reports on this fraudulent activity. Fortunately, I Googled it before sending them any money!
