Selling a service that is not required by law as if it was by deception

Great scam. Not required by law, yet presented as requirement. Looks like Corporate Annual Renewal fo State of Florida, but is not. If someone does not read it carefully, they will just complete and send the fee without catching the statement that this is NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY and does not have a Contract with any Government agency to provide service.

I caught it again, but my accountant was ready to pay... Others should be made aware as the service purchase is neither required or beneficial. Better they should send me the money and I will send them a thank you note...
